RAWR.
Okay, okay. As with anything, too much is just too much. But tastefully worn and accessorised well, leopard-print is an entire chic-trend in itself. And, well, *awkwardly admits*…I love it.

I love these. Too much.
A scarf, a bag, a pair of shoes…or something more daring like a pair of leggings or a fur coat - I love the way these things can all be worked into something stylish, a flash of printed colour in what would otherwise be a sea of black. Because that’s the general rule, isn’t it? I.e. it’s not a fab idea to wear a bright green dress with fuschia shoes and then to throw on a leopard-print fur coat. Any animal print is best rocked with neutral or non-clashing colours – that way it can be an understated statement in itself. That means wearing multiple animal-print items at once is not a good idea. And neither is this:

“A textbook definition of ‘taking the trend too far’.”
But each summer, the animal-print trend makes a statement in some form or another, (remember the neon animal-prints that were going on last year?), showing that despite being a trend that’s been recycled for years, it works. True trends stand the test of time. Because who ever went wrong with a leopard-print pair of flip flops? Hellooooo, spring/summer.
Does anyone share my (probably) unhealthly love for leopard-print?
Love,
Rachel xxx

VW is not.
